San Ha Consulting and Training Company Limited was established to offer career consulting and training services to meat workers on compliance with international standards for food handling, preparation, packaging, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
We offers international career pathways for meat workers, with many of our graduates successfully advance their careers abroad, including in Australia and New Zealand.
Recognizing the labor shortages in countries like Australia and New Zealand, San Ha has developed a program to equip Vietnamese meat workers with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue global careers.
Our program aims to bridge the gap between traditional local practices and the professional standards required for international employment, and aligns with Australian and New Zealand certification requirements.
We provide meat workers with hands-on training in handling, preparing, and packaging food to meet global safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Workers are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, mesh aprons, gloves, boots, and more. Additionally, they learn proper techniques for sharpening and sterilizing knives and equipment.
To support this high-level training, San Ha has made a substantial investment in a facility in Ho Chi Minh City’s Hoc Mon district. Modeled after an Australian food processing plant, this facility is equipped with European-imported machinery to create a realistic working environment.
Successful graduates, with sufficient work experience and language skills, are eligible to apply for overseas positions. Many of our trainees have advanced their careers at renowned meat companies.
