In recent years, San Ha has begun to realise the importance of a healthier and greener food system and has started taking steps and investing in this agenda.
We started working with Orlar, a member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, to build, produce and promote greenhouse vegetables that are net zero greenhouse gas emissions with zero chemical residual.
Circular agriculture is also a high priority on our agenda. We convert and recompose all agricultural biomass, waste and residues from our food processing processes as reusable resources in the food system. In this way, we are able to recycle our agricultural food waste, closing nutrient loops and minimising the impact on the environment.
