Recognizing the labor shortages in countries like Australia and New Zealand, San Ha has developed a program to equip Vietnamese meat workers with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue global careers.
Our program aims to bridge the gap between traditional local practices and the professional standards required for international employment. We provide comprehensive training that aligns with Australian and New Zealand certification requirements.
Successful graduates, with sufficient work experience and language skills, are eligible to apply for overseas positions. Many of our trainees have advanced their careers at renowned meat companies worldwide.
